Earlier this week, our Federal and State governments in conjunction with the Australian Dental Association (ADA) announced that there would be an easing of restrictions on dental services as of Monday 27th April 2020.
Commencing Monday our dental surgery will be operating in accordance with the revised guidelines for dental practice.
We would also like to advise patients that as well as employing standard precautions to prevent cross infection, we also use ozone extensively in the dental surgery as an antimicrobial agent. Please refer to our website for further information about ozone.
Patients are reminded that they consider the following parameters when contacting us for dental treatment:
Have you in the past 14 days,
1. returned from overseas or interstate, or
2. felt unwell, including but not limited to symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath, or
3. had any contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.
From the team at Dr Caprara Dental Surgery we ask all our patients and their loved ones to stay safe and wish you all good health.
